Founder & Chairman of the Board

Valerie is a trailblazer in corporate branding, hospitality design, and franchise development. With decades of experience, she has led high-profile projects for prestigious brands including Hilton, Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, Hyatt, and Wyndham, as well as independent properties, significantly shaping the luxury hospitality industry.

As a key leader in franchise development nationwide, Val has facilitated structural build-outs, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence. Her passion for design innovation and community revitalization fuels her mission to restore American Legion Posts, preserving these historic spaces to support and serve veterans for generations to come.
